Service Description

Healing is non-linear and full of "mistakes." Ongoing nutrition counseling provides an opportunity for corrective experiences around our food behavior. New clients should expect to meet weekly for 6-8 weeks at the beginning of receiving care. From there, clients will have the option of dropping down to biweekly sessions, if preferred.
